CANCELLATION AND FAILURE TO ATTEND POLICY | OSHG-GEN-POL-026
This policy applies to all requested or scheduled services with OSHGroup.
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all services unless OSHGroup and the client have an alternative formal or contracted agreement.
Both client/booker cancellations and patient failure to attend scenarios are subject to the applicable fees.
