Dr Josen has extensive experience across general medicine, psychiatry, and occupational health, working in both hospital and community settings in Australia and Malaysia.
Dr Josen completed her medical degree at the International Medical University, Malaysia, before undertaking clinical training across diverse specialties, including general medicine, psychiatry, and emergency care. She has worked in both hospital and community settings in Malaysia and Australia, where she developed a strong interest in workplace health and injury management.
She also holds a Diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health from Monash University, with a focus on mental health, rehabilitation, and complex workplace injury cases. Dr Josen has a particular interest in the psychological and physical factors that influence return-to-work outcomes and is committed to supporting both employees and employers with evidence-based, practical recommendations.
